Minor Repairs & Handyman Work

Leveraging extensive experience from property flips, we address maintenance issues that could delay turnovers, ensuring your investment remains in top shape.

  • Essential fixes: Plumbing adjustments (leaks, fixtures), electrical updates (outlets, lighting), and paint applications or refreshes.

  • Debris removal: price varies

  • Hourly rate: $60 per hour for extended work, with materials billed separately
