Mid-size house (800–1,500 sq ft): $500, plus extra for carpet or window services.
Larger properties: $600+
Hourly for specialized tasks: $60 per hour for targeted cleanups.

Minor Repairs & Handyman Work

Leveraging extensive experience from property flips, we address maintenance issues that could delay turnovers, ensuring your investment remains in top shape.

Essential fixes: Plumbing adjustments (leaks, fixtures), electrical updates (outlets, lighting), and paint applications or refreshes.

Individual repairs: $200 flat rate for single issue items or work under 2 hours (e.g., faucet replacement, electrical outlet swap, etc).
Combined services: $250–$500 for 4-6 hours of assorted tasks, such as painting and plumbing.
Full-day projects: $600+ based on complexity.
Debris removal: price varies
Hourly rate: $60 per hour for extended work, with materials billed separately
